Mansel Davies

In 1875, the lead mines near Llanfyrnach closed down. For want of anything better to do, John Davies set himself up as a lime, coal and grain merchant – and Mansel Davies Group was born.

Employing over 300 people it is one of the largest employers in North Pembrokeshire, going forward under the latest generation of directors the company will be known as MDS Distribution.
