T. Alun Jones

Alun & Joyce started the business in October of 1961 from their home at the Belan just outside of Welshpool. They soon outgrew the small yard at the back of the property and moved house to Severn Farm based in Welshpool itself in 1980. Ian & Nick, their sons, began driving as soon as they were able to, hauling mainly potatoes up and down the country. In 1992 they bought the yard they are in today on the Henfaes Lane Industrial Estate in Welshpool. Over the years they have expanded the business to 30 lorries and multiple trailers.
