LS HQ relocates to Scotland ?

In the last two weeks I have received numerous photos from a spot in Scotland on the M74 at junction 14 that seems to be very productive both north and southbound. I am hoping to get up there myself in the not too distant future to join the ever increasing numbers of people who find it a great photographic opportunity.
