James Nuttall added as a prospective haulier

The 07 and 57 reg vehicle facility has been removed, but has been replaced with a "Prosepctive Haulier" facility that will list up to 25 hauliers who have intimated that they would like to be included on the LS database.This feature will allow members to view fleets that will be added to the database in the fullness of time. .
