Bit of a mystery ?

Whilst taking some photos on the M5 on Friday 5th May a vehicle came into shot and I thought that looks interesting. On closer examination it appears that the Iveco has a livery of liquorice allsorts. Does anyone know who runs this vehicle and why it is in such a distinctive livery ?
